1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the ck343 website accessible at ck343.io and all associated services, tools, features, and content made available through it.
• "Player", "you", "your" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total amount of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• " Bonus Funds" means any funds credited to a Player's Account as part of a promotional offer, welcome bonus, reload bonus, or any other incentive programme operated by ck343.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Player must wager Bonus Funds before those funds — or winnings derived from them — become eligible for withdrawal.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the lawful currency of Bangladesh, denoted by the symbol ৳.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6, the time zone used for all operational references on the Platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and ck343.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that person to these Terms, and that you accept personal liability for ensuring compliance.

ck343 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on ck343, you must meet all of the following criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is a strict minimum and is non-negotiable.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting in your personal capacity, not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of ck343, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online betting or casino gaming is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are of sound mind and are not acting under duress, coercion, or impairment at the time of registering or placing any wager.

ck343 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension or closure.

4. Account Registration

Each Player may hold only one Account on the Platform. The registration of more than one Account — regardless of the identity, device, payment method, or IP address used — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.1 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your Account, including your full legal name, date of birth, Bangladeshi mobile number, and any other information requested during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly if it changes.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

ck343 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-fraud standards. You may be required to submit copies of a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification document, as well as proof of payment method ownership (e.g., confirmation that the bKash or Nagad wallet is registered in your name). Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.

4.3 Account Currency

All Accounts on ck343 are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No multi-currency or foreign-currency account options are available. All deposits and withdrawals must be made in BDT via supported Bangladesh mobile wallet services.

5. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and OTP codes. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ck343 immediately by contacting [email protected]. ck343 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to secure your credentials.

ck343 employs 256-bit SSL encryption and OTP-based two-factor authentication to protect Account access. These security measures do not, however, substitute your own responsibility for Account security.

6. Deposits

Deposits to your ck343 Account are processed exclusively via the following Bangladesh mobile wallet services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. No other payment methods are currently accepted.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your Account Balance in real time, typically within 30 seconds of confirmation by the payment provider.
• ck343 does not charge any processing fee on standard deposits. Your mobile wallet provider's standard transfer fees, if any, may apply independently.
• Deposited funds must be used for wagering purposes on the Platform. ck343 is not a payment or money storage service; depositing funds without wagering activity may trigger a review of your Account.
• ck343 reserves the right to impose deposit limits on individual Accounts at its discretion, including as part of responsible gaming measures.

7. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed back to the same Bangladesh mobile wallet used for the corresponding deposit. Third-party withdrawals — i.e., transfers to a wallet not registered in your name — are not permitted under any circumstances.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per request.
• Withdrawals are subject to successful completion of KYC verification as described in Section 4.2.
• Pending withdrawals where Bonus Funds wagering requirements have not been met will not be processed until those requirements are satisfied.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within two minutes of approval under normal operating conditions. Complex cases subject to additional verification may take up to 24 hours.
• ck343 does not charge a withdrawal processing fee. Mobile wallet provider fees, if any, are the Player's responsibility.
• ck343 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal request, including requests for documentation of the source of deposited funds.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

ck343 offers promotional bonuses to new and existing Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the promotion under which they are offered, as well as the general conditions set out in this Section.

8.1 Welcome Bonus

New Players may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first qualifying deposit. The specific bonus percentage, maximum bonus amount, and wagering requirement applicable at the time of registration will be displayed on the promotion page. Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.

8.2 General Bonus Conditions

• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Bonus Funds and real-money Balance are tracked separately within your Account. Real-money funds are typically wagered before Bonus Funds unless the promotion specifies otherwise.
• Attempting to withdraw real-money Balance while Bonus Funds remain active may result in cancellation of the bonus at ck343's discretion.
• ck343 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or technical error.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Bonus Funds and associated winnings that remain unwagered after the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.
• Certain game types — such as live sports betting accumulators with very short odds legs — may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements. Specific contribution rates are published on the relevant promotion page.

9. Betting & Gaming Rules

By placing any bet or wager on the Platform, you acknowledge and accept the following:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bet cancellation is not available except in circumstances where ck343 determines that a market has been settled in error or that a technical fault has affected the integrity of the outcome.
• Cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and international Bangladesh Tiger fixtures — are governed by the specific sport rules published on the cricket section of the Platform. In the event of a dispute, ck343's decision is final.
• Live casino games operated by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi are governed by the respective provider's rules, which are displayed within each game interface. ck343's platform rules apply in addition to, not in substitution of, provider rules.
• Slots and instant-win games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Outcomes are independent of prior results. ck343 does not influence game outcomes.
• ck343 reserves the right to void any bet where a material error in odds, market data, or game configuration has occurred, where match-fixing or integrity concerns are identified, or where a wager has been placed using a suspended or ineligible account.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ck343 platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their Account suspended or permanently closed, their Balance and pending withdrawals forfeited, and any winnings voided:

• Using automated software, scripts, bots, crawlers, or any non-human mechanism to interact with the Platform, place bets, or claim bonuses.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, match-fixing, or any other strategy designed to exploit errors in odds or guarantee a risk-free return.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any other Platform process.
• Registering or operating more than one Account, whether under your own identity or a fabricated one.
• Facilitating access to the Platform by a person under 21 years of age.
• Colluding with other Players in live casino games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal recreational betting and gaming.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the technical infrastructure of the Platform.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the ck343 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, interface designs, software, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of ck343 or its licensed content providers. No part of the Platform may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of ck343.

Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is used on the Platform under licence.

12. Privacy & Data

ck343 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ck343 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with payment processors, identity verification providers, and other service partners strictly necessary for the operation of the Platform, and only to the extent required to deliver those services.

13. Responsible Gaming

ck343 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and maintaining a safe gaming environment for all Players. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from within every Account:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts to control your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive automatic notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ck343 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from:

• Your use of or inability to access the Platform for any reason, including scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or force majeure events.
• Any decision made by you in reliance on information, odds, or data displayed on the Platform.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Delays or failures in payment processing caused by your mobile wallet provider.
• Any action taken by ck343 in good faith to enforce these Terms, including Account suspension or bet voidance.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit ck343's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

15. Account Suspension & Closure

ck343 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where:

• A Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Fraudulent, suspicious, or prohibited activity is detected on the Account.
• A Player fails to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• A Player requests self-exclusion under the responsible gaming programme.
• ck343 is required to act by applicable law, regulation, or court order.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any Balance, Bonus Funds, and pending withdrawals associated with that Account may be forfeited. Where an Account is closed for any other reason, any verified real-money Balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method after completion of all outstanding checks.

16. Amendments to Terms

ck343 may update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, notice will be provided via a prominent announcement on the Platform or by direct communication to your registered contact details. Non-material clarifications or corrections may be made without notice.

The date of the most recent update is shown at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with the ck343 support team shall be referred to binding arbitration. Nothing in this clause limits a Player's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

ck343 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in jurisdictions outside Bangladesh. Players accessing the Platform from other jurisdictions do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
